The Softbank Hawks have acquired outfielder Michael Restovich, who has played for the Washington Nationals and four other major league teams, the Pacific League club said Saturday.
Restovich has hit .239 and six homers in his career in the majors, which also includes stints with the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies and Chicago Cubs.
The 28-year-old played in 15 games for the Nationals this year with a .143 average while hitting 20 homers in 97 Triple-A games.
